Operation Process

Prepare the design: Use the computer software to create or prepare the pattern or text you want to print.

Printing: Load the design into the printer and place the dtf film, the media to be printed, on the printing platform.

Inkjet: The printer uses special colored ink to spray on the film, before spraying out white ink and finally creating the desired pattern on the film.

Powder Shaking and Drying: After printing, the pattern first needs to be evenly sprinkled with hot melt powder for drying to ensure that both the hot melt powder and the ink are adhered to the dtf film.

Heat transfer: The dried pattern will be contacted with the textile through a heat transfer machine or heat press to transfer the pattern to the textile. The heat transfer machine will apply high temperature and pressure to bond and fix the pattern to the textile.
